I know this season because I’ved lived it.

This isn’t theoretical for me.

For years, I pushed through exhaustion and told myself it was just a phase. I’d focus on my health later when life slowed down, when the kids were older, when things felt easier.

But later never came.

Instead, I felt burned out, disconnected from my body, and frustrated that what used to work no longer did.

My turning point came when I realized something simple and uncomfortable: no one was coming to save me.

If I wanted to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, I had to make myself a priority - not through rigid routines or extremes, but through intentional, sustainable changes that fit real life.

That experience shapes everything about how I work and live today.
