I understand burnout because I’ve lived it.
For years, I pushed through exhaustion and told myself I’d focus on my health later. When things slowed down. When life felt less demanding. When there was more time.
Later never came.
Instead, I felt burned out, disconnected from my body, and frustrated that what used to work no longer did.
My turning point came when I realized something simple and uncomfortable:
No one was coming to save me.
That realization led me to a different approach - one rooted in sustainable change, self-trust, and health support that works in real life.
Now, I help high-performing women break out of that same cycle, so they can feel energized, clear, and in control again, without burning out.
