I Know This Season Because I Have Lived It

For years, I pushed through exhaustion, ignored my own needs, and convinced myself this was “just a phase”. I told myself I’d focus on my health later—when things slowed down, when the kids were older, when life felt more manageable.

But later never came.

Instead, I found myself burned out, disconnected from my body, and wondering how I had lost my energy, confidence, and sense of control.

My turning point came when I realized something powerful:
No one was coming to save me.

If I wanted to feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, I had to make myself a priority. Not through extreme changes or perfection—but through intentional, sustainable change that fit real life.

My Approach to Health & Wellness

My work is grounded in a holistic, root-cause approach to health, because symptoms don’t exist in isolation.

As a functional medicine–informed wellness coach, I help women look beyond quick fixes and surface-level habits to understand what’s truly draining their energy and resilience.

Together, we focus on:

  • Stress and nervous system regulation
